This Privacy Policy explains how Candusen LLC ("Candusen," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use candusen.net. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the shop and improve the experience, we never sell your personal data to anyone, and we only ever use it internally to make the site as good as it can be.

We use your information to create and manage your account, generate and save your designs, process and fulfill your orders, provide customer support, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and — if you've opted in — send you marketing emails. That's it. Your personal data is used internally to operate and improve Candusen, and nothing more.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which designs and features are popular, where people run into friction, and how we can make things better. This helps us improve the product; it is not used to sell or expose your personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we'll ask for your consent before non-essential analytics cookies are set.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the shop, and only to the extent needed to deliver what you've asked for:

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, fulfill orders, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on trusted platforms like Shopify to handle sensitive data such as payments. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Candusen is family-friendly, but the site and its accounts are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Candusen is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in these locations.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of candusen.net and your purchases from Candusen LLC ("Candusen," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Candusen is operated by Candusen LLC, a limited liability company based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. You can reach us at info@candusen.net.
Candusen is family-friendly and there's no minimum age to enjoy the site. However, to place an order you must be able to enter into a binding contract, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian who can. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know at info@candusen.net if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Our products are made to order and printed on demand through our print partner, Printify. Because each item is individually produced, slight variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. The design you see on screen is a preview; the finished physical product may vary slightly.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to refuse or cancel any order — including orders where a product or price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you.
The Candusen website, its generative design system, and all artwork it produces are the intellectual property of Candusen LLC. We retain all rights in the generative artwork and the underlying algorithms.
When you purchase a product, you receive the physical item and a personal, non-commercial license to use and enjoy it (wear it, display it, gift it). You do not acquire ownership of the artwork itself, and you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the designs or artwork apart from the physical product you purchased.

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, and how we handle order problems, cancellations, and refunds is described in our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
The site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candusen LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Candusen LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at info@candusen.net so we can try to resolve it informally — most issues can be worked out that way. If we can't, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Candusen products are printed on demand. That means nothing sits on a shelf — each item is made just for you after you order, and then shipped through our print partner, Printify. We're a small business doing our best to get your order to you smoothly, and we'll happily help smooth over any hiccups along the way. If you ever have trouble, email info@candusen.net.
Because every item is made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. This is separate from shipping time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier and customs delays can happen and are outside our control, but we're always glad to help you chase down a slow order.
We keep things simple with flat-rate shipping: one flat rate for orders within the United States and another flat rate for international orders. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. As the shop grows, these rates may change.
When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking updates by email directly from Printify so you can follow your order on its way to you.
If your order contains more than one item, those items may be produced at different facilities and can ship separately — so they may arrive at different times. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're unable to cover the cost of the lost item. We will, however, gladly help you place a quick re-order to the correct address.
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in your order total. Customs processing may also add delays that are outside our control.

Every Candusen product is printed on demand — made just for you after you order, and fulfilled through our print partner, Printify. We are a small business (really, one person) doing our very best to get you something you'll love. If anything goes wrong with your order, please email info@candusen.net and we'll work to make it right. Please be patient with us — we read every message and we care about getting you a great result.
When you reach out about an issue, here's the path we follow: first we troubleshoot with you to understand what happened; next, our primary remedy is a replacement or re-order at no cost to you when the problem is on our end; and finally, in the cases where a replacement isn't workable, we'll issue a refund. Most issues are resolved with a quick reprint.

These situations aren't something we can absorb as a small shop — but we won't leave you stuck. We're always glad to help you place a quick re-order so you can get the item you actually wanted.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or, if your order never arrived, within 30 days of the expected delivery date). Email info@candusen.net with your order number and, for any defect or damage, a photo of the item. The photo helps us and Printify resolve it quickly.
You don't need to ship anything back to us. For print-on-demand items, a photo of the issue is all we need to get a replacement or refund moving.
When a refund is the right outcome, it's issued to your original payment method through Shopify. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Because production begins soon after you order, we can only change or cancel an order if you contact us before it enters production — realistically within about 24 hours of ordering. After production has started, we're unable to stop or modify the order.
